Natural beneficial changes

Attempts to change our experiences to find well-being or peace or stability are always fruitless and serve to substantiate the belief that peace and stability are found in a certain data-set. No data can be held to - just like the here and now can not be held to, and we end up seeking and exhausted trying to hold our wellbeing in place. Changes that we make based on rearranging data to find ease perpetuate our belief that we are flawed and unstable in the first place.
When we look to Open Intelligence for our peace and stability we find our ever present ease and we shift spontaneously from self-focus to the open context of benefit. Here behaviours change naturally and effortlessly, with no rule book or 'perfect conduct' required. All actions, experiences, thoughts and emotions are seen to be equal expressions of Open Intelligence and always without exception a platform of profound benefit.
