Thank goodness for the end of all disappointments! As someone with high expectations I was bogged down by disappointment after disappointment in myself, my relationships, my partners, my work, my mind, my heart.. Now, all there is is one gift after another of total open presence which needs nothing, expects nothing and is totally, absolutely content with everything exactly as it is. I am so very grateful for this!
